Exit Masterclass:
A five part programme covering all aspects of a typical exit in Tech

Taking the learnings from our highly successful IPO readiness programme, we have now created a course for the CFO who seeks to gain deep insights into the process of an Exit by trade-sale or to private equity.

When you dissect the role of the CFO, all the elements from fundraising to scaling the organisation, are undertaken in order to take the business to a position where an exit would be both attractive and viable. In our Exit Masterclass, we bring together five renowned speakers who take our small group of CFOs through the details of how exits are delivered. The focus of this course is centred on identifying a holistic view of the CFOs role in an exit.

This is a face-to-face series of talks that we are running from a central London venue.

This course normally books out and we reserve priority places for those with a Startup CFO Pro Membership
